We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) with two reliable options:

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: £12.95
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Cost: Free for orders over £50
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Our Returns Promise

If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our returns process is as smooth as a well-oiled chain. We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Used cycling apparel (including jerseys, shorts, and gloves)
  • Opened nutrition products
  • Personalized/custom components

Returns Process

Follow these steps to return your item – it’s easier than adjusting a derailleur:

  1. Initiate your return: Email our Rider Support Team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary details.
  2. Wait for authorization: We’ll respond faster than a sprint finish (typically within 24 hours) with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package your item: Return the item in its original packaging with all tags attached – treat it like you would a carbon frame in transit.
  4. Ship it back: Send the package to our headquarters at 16 Broadway, Bradford, GB BD3C 3PN using a trackable shipping method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are handled like returns. Simply indicate in your return request that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit card/PayPal payments: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days (like waiting for a new chain to stretch)
  • Original shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility – we recommend insuring your return like you would your dream bike

Damaged or Incorrect Items
