Our Returns Promise

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Your satisfaction is as important to us as finding the right gear ratio for your riding style.

Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
  • Used cycling apparel (including jerseys, shorts, and gloves)
  • Opened nutrition products
  • Personalized/custom components

Returns Process

Follow these steps to return your item – it’s easier than adjusting a derailleur:

  2. Wait for authorization: We’ll respond faster than a sprint finish (typically within 24 hours) with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package your item: Return the item in its original packaging with all tags attached – treat it like you would a carbon frame in transit.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are handled like returns. Simply indicate in your return request that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit card/PayPal payments: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days (like waiting for a new chain to stretch)
  • Original shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
